一. Core Components included in the components

1:Cylinder liner (the black long cylindrical part in the picture) : It replaces the worn cylinder wall and restores the cylinder's sealing performance. It is one of the basic components for major overhauls.
2:Piston + Piston ring set (silver piston in the picture + matching small package) : It includes brand-new pistons, air rings, and oil rings, solving problems such as piston wear and oil burning.
3:Piston pin + retaining ring (small package accessory) : The core connecting component that links the piston and the connecting rod, ensuring the stability of reciprocating motion.
4:Connecting rod bearing shells/main bearing shells (usually included in the overhaul parts, as shown in the package in the figure) : Replace the worn bearing shells and restore the lubrication clearance between the crankshaft and the connecting rod.
5:Cylinder gaskets/seals (bagged parts in the picture) : including cylinder head gaskets, oil pan gaskets, etc., to ensure the sealing of each chamber of the engine (preventing water leakage, oil leakage, and air seepage).

二. Uses

This set of overhaul parts is used for deep maintenance of the 6WG1 engine (when the engine experiences severe power decline, oil burning, cylinder pulling, crankshaft wear and other faults).

 By replacing all core worn parts, it restores the engine's performance, sealing and service life. It is commonly seen in the engine refurbishment of excavators (such as Hitachi ZX870) and heavy equipment.
