Compatible models:It is mainly used in Isuzu 6WG1 series engines (such as 6WG1-TCG62), and is commonly found in large excavators (such as Hitachi ZX870, Sumitomo SH800),

 heavy trucks, and construction machinery.

Part features:

Material: Aluminum alloy (lightweight + good heat dissipation)
Structure: The top is a four-pit combustion chamber (compatible with 6WG1 direct injection technology), and the piston skirt has a wear-resistant coating.
Matching piston rings: Usually "2 gas rings + 1 oil ring" (corresponding to the ring group standard of the 6WG1 engine).

Core purpose

1:Form the combustion chamber: Together with the cylinder head and cylinder wall, it forms a sealed combustion chamber, providing space for diesel combustion.
2:Power transmission: The high-pressure gas produced by the combustion of diesel drives the piston to reciprocate, and the power is transmitted to the crankshaft through the connecting rod, driving the engine to operate.
3:Heat dissipation: The heat in the combustion chamber is transferred to the engine oil/coolant through the piston pin and connecting rod to prevent the piston from overheating and deforming.
4:Sealed gas: In coordination with the piston rings, it prevents high-pressure gas from the combustion chamber from leaking into the crankcase and simultaneously scrapes off the excess oil on the cylinder wall.
